Copper (CuONPs) have recently gained much attention due to their in various fields. present study aimed screen nine strains (Klebsiella quasipneumoniae KP18-31, K. pneumoniae IOB-L, subsp. similipneumoniae 2437, Bacillus cereus DBA1, B. thuringiensis MSP51, Neobacillus drentensis ROA042, Enterococcus faecalis 2674, Exiguobacterium mexicanum AB201, and Acinetobacter lwoffii K34) isolated produced water oil field reservoirs for ability biosynthesize CuONPs, as well characterize evaluate the manufactured CuONPs. Biosynthesized CuONPs were characterized using XRD, TEM, AFM, zeta analysis. In addition, DPPH method was used analyze activity results revealed that five isolates could synthesize MSP5 best most productive among them, it first time this an bacteria biosynthesis showed spherical shape with average size 20, 33, 75 nm based on AFM analysis, respectively. value -12.4 mV. demonstrated remarkable scavenging IC50 141.68 ?g/mL. This concluded excellent free radical scavengers.
